Chilli Bread Recipe








Chili is a simple breakfast recipe that is easy for children to enjoy. This can be done easily with few ingredients available in our kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 4 Bread slices
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soya souce
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 table teaspoon Ginger garlic paste finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • to taste Chaat masala

Instructions

First, you can toast tawa bread or shallow fry or fry

Then, if toasting can toast whole bread into cubes, fry. Keep them aside.

Heat the kadai with a spray of oil in a finely chopped, the onions sauté until they are translucent.

Add the garlic to the ginger and sauté until the raw smell disappears. Then add the finely chopped tomatoes and sauté well.

Add salt to speed up the process and a little sugar to caramelize. Next come the spice powder. Stir well so that the raw smell disappears. Add the sauces and sauté.

Now add the cubes of bread and mix them gently with the masala.

Finely add masala chaat.

Garnish with finely chopped cilantro leaves. Happy Cooking Time.
