Baked Shrimp






You'll love this crunchy Garlicky Shrimp Bake recipe! Delicious and ready to serve in about 20 minutes! The perfect weekday meal!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or olive oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper or paprika
  • 1 1/2 lb. large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt (not fine salt)

INSTRUCTIONS

First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

Then, arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a large baking sheet with a rim.

Pour the melted butter over the shrimp and toss to coat.

Sprinkle the shrimp with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and parmesan.

Bake in the oven until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 8 minutes. If you want to brown the Parmesan, finish by grilling for about 1 minute.

Transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving dish and place the cooking juices on top. Serve immediately. Happy Cooking Time.
