BAKED POTATO ROUNDS
These COOKED
POTATO ROUNDES make up the appetizer, the side dish, the snack, the food of the
perfect match day or a treat at any time when you want something hot, covered
with melted cheese and garnished bacon.
Ingredients
- garlic salt
- 5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- butter melted
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream for dipping
- 4 medium red potatoes
- shredded monterray jack cheese
Instructions
First, preheat
the oven to 350.
Then, start
by washing the potatoes and cutting them into thin rings (about ¼ "thick).
Place the
potatoes in a saucepan filled with water and bring to a boil. Cook 3-4 minutes.
Drain and pat dry potatoes.
Place
aluminum foil on a baking dish and spray with cooking spray. Place the potatoes
on the pan. Lightly brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle
with garlic salt, cheeses and pieces of crumbled bacon.
Bake for 12
to 14 minutes and serve with sour cream.
