GARLIC HERB ROASTED SALMON






Grilled salmon with herbs and lemon garlic has such a bright and fresh flavor and it's absolutely perfect for summer! Because hello grilling season. It is easy to prepare and requires only a short marinade and a quick cooking time. With a flavor like this, it will likely become a must-have grilled salmon recipe!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  •  12 oz salmon fillet, cut into two pieces
  •  1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  •  2 tablespoon melted butter
  •  3 dashes ground black pepper
  •  1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
  •  lemon wedges
  •  1 pinch cayenne pepper, (optional)

DIRECTIONS

First, preheat the oven to 400F.

Then, mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, cayenne pepper (if used), lemon juice and black pepper. Stir to mix well.

Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour the garlic and garlic mixture over the salmon, coat the top and sides of the salmon well. Happy Cooking Time.
