Buttery Baked Chicken
Chicken and
buttercream is an easy chicken recipe that everyone will love. This butter and
cream chicken recipe is filled with delicious savory flavors that are just
perfect! Serve it with rice, potatoes and asparagus for a full meal!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
First, dip
each piece of chicken in a bowl filled with about ⅛ of your evaporated milk.
Coat well then roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Then, melt
the butter in a 9x13 pan and cook the chicken in the melted butter for 1 hour
at 350.
Mix the
water, the soup can and the rest of your evaporated milk.
After the
chicken has cooked for 1 hour, turn the chicken over and pour the soup mixture
over the top. Bake for 30 minutes more until golden brown. Serve as is. Creamy
and delicious !!
