Spinach and Artichoke Ravioli Bake
A quick
Italian style, easy to prepare, a dinner for the whole family.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 25 oz. frozen ravioli
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup Italian cheese blend, shredded
- 1 can (16 oz.) artichoke hearts, diced
- 5 oz. fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable/chicken broth
INSTRUCTIONS
First, mix
the spinach, artichokes and pesto and mix well
Then, in
another bowl, combine Alfredo sauce and broth
Spread 1/3
of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9 × 13 baking dish
Garnish with
half of the spinach mixture
Place half
the ravioli in a single layer on the spinach
Repeat the
layers once more
Finish with
the remaining 1/3 of Alfredo sauce
Bake
uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
Sprinkle
with cheese and grill at 450 degrees for 3-5 minutes
Dish and
