Overnight Peach Cobbler Oatmeal
Combine your
craving for a smoothie with a bowl of oatmeal by making some of these healthy
and tasty Peach Cobler oatmeal! An easy-to-prepare breakfast or snack for the
whole family!
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 12 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peached, drained and sliced
Instructions
First, in a
medium bowl, combine yogurt, oats, milk, vanilla, salt, seeds, peaches and
cinnamon.
Then, transfer
to 4 half-pint jars.
Cover and
refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days.
