Green Breakfast Chia Pudding






The chia pudding breakfast is naturally sweet and perfect for making in advance so you can enjoy quick and nutritious morning meals throughout the week.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1st on Medjool, the hole is removed
  • 1 cup of non-milk milk, organic soybeans, almonds, or coconut
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • Fruit for topping (optional), banana, kiwi, mango, berry, strawberry


Instructions

First, in a high speed blender, mix the date, milk and spinach until very smooth.

Then, in a medium bowl, add the liquid to the chia seeds.

Mix well and continue to stir every few minutes for about 15 minutes.

Place in the refrigerator at least one hour or overnight.

Just before serving, stir again, then garnish with fruit.
