BISCOFF COOKIE BUTTER BLONDIE RECIPE

BISCOFF COOKIE BUTTER BLONDIE RECIPE

Blondies with brown sugar and butter flavored with Biscoff spread and full of white chocolate. Quick and easy!

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoons butter (for greasing the pan)
  • Parchment paper (for the pan)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter crunchy or smooth

Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Then, in a medium bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix and set aside.

In a large bowl, add the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until incorporated.

To the butter mixture, add the granulated sugar and stir until incorporated.

To the butter and sugar mixture, add the eggs and vanilla.

Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Add a few large spoonfuls of the flour mixture to the butter mixture.

Use the slowest setting on a blender to mix the flour. Then repeat until all the flour has been added and mixed to form the dough.

Add the Biscoff cookie butter to the dough.

Using a spatula, fold it into the dough to create a "swirling" pattern. Set aside for a while.

Grease the pan with butter. Cut a piece of parchment paper so that there is enough excess to hang on the left and right side of the pan (these will be "handles" when you remove the pan of blondies from the pan after it has cooled). Press the paper inside the pan and smooth it over the butter, which should help keep the paper attached to the pan.

Add the blondie paste to the pan.

Use a spatula to distribute the dough evenly in the pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until the edges of the blondes start to brown and come off the inside edges of the pan (about 32 to 35 minutes). Remove the pan from the oven on a rack and allow the blondies to cool completely before cutting them.

After the blondies have completely cooled, cut them into the desired portions and serve. Happy Cooking Time.
