KETO SNICKERDOODLES






These keto snickerdoodles are soft and fluffy and low in carbohydrates. These low-carb snickerdoodles are great for low-carb diets. Try these keto cookies today!

INGREDIENTS

For the cookies:
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup erythritol granulated sweetener*
  • 2 cups superfine almond flour*

For the coating:
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp erythritol granulated sweetener*

INSTRUCTIONS

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F)

Then, combine all cookie ingredients in a medium bowl until a firm dough forms.

Roll the dough into 16 balls of equal size. (about 1.5 inches in diameter)

Combine cinnamon and sweetener in a small dish.

Roll the balls in the mixture until they are well coated.

Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass.

Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 15 minutes.

Remove and cool slightly before serving.
