HAM & BACON CHEESY POTATOES
The most
ridiculously easy pan you'll ever make and yet we love it too much. We all need
something warm, easy, delicious and use the leftovers at this time of the year
and believe me, that's it.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbs butter melted
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup green onions
- 1 2 lb bag frozen diced potatoes, thawed
Instructions
First, Preheat
the oven to 350. Spray a 9 "x13" baking dish with a nonstick cooking
spray.
Then, In a
large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt and pepper,
onion powder, garlic powder and chopped onion until smooth.
Then add
your potatoes, cheese, ham, bacon and green onions and stir to coat well so
that everything is saturated.
Spread in
prepared pan and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes.
Remove from
oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook for about 10 minutes. Happy Cooking Time.
