CREAM CHEESE BANANA BREAD
It's the

INGREDIENTS
For bread:
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup vegetable oil (or coconut oil)
- Pinch of salt
For Cream
Cheese mixture:
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
INSTRUCTIONS
First, Preheat
the oven to 350 ° F. Spray an 8.5 x 4.5 x 3-inch baking pan with floured
cooking spray, or grease and flour the pan, set aside.
Then, In
large bowl, add egg, brown sugar, vegetable oil, sour cream, vanilla and whisk.
Add the banana puree and mix
Add 1 cup
all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt and gently mix
with a spoon until everything is well mixed

In a
