CHURRO CHEESECAKE BARS
The cinnamon
and crunchy goodness of a churro stuffed with a tart cream cheese filling The
best of two desserts in one!
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 8oz cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
Instructions
First, Combine
1/2 cup of sugar and 2 tbsp. Cinnamon soup in a small bowl. Put aside.
Then, Beat
the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg and vanilla and beat until smooth
and creamy. Put aside.
Spray a
nonstick spray in a 9x13 "pan, then evenly sprinkle half of the cinnamon
sugar mixture into the bottom of the pan.
Unroll the
dough on a piece of waxed paper lightly floured and press all the seams.
Carefully lift into the mold on the cinnamon sugar. Press the edges of the pan.
Spread the
cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Unroll the second can of dough and
spread it in the same way as the first one. Place it on the padding.
Sprinkle the
rest of the cinnamon sugar on the dough. Bake at 350 ° C for about 30 minutes
or until browned.
