THE BEST CHEESEBURGER SOUP
This Easy
One Pot Cheese Burger Soup recipe is a consistent, simple and delicious soup

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups milk (divided use)
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 8 oz Velveeta, cubed
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1/2 lb bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules (about 4 cubes)
Instructions
First, Brown
ground beef and crumble. Drain the excess fat and set aside. Combine the first
8 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Stir in the beef and
2 cups of milk.
Then, In a
small bowl, mix the flour and 1/2 cup of milk until smooth. Gradually stir in
the soup.
Bring to a
boil; cook 2 minutes or until mixture is thick and bubbling, stirring
constantly (to prevent mixture from burning.) Reduce heat; add the cheese and
stir until it is completely melted. Garnish with bacon. Happy Cooking Time.
