SNICKERDOODLE BREAD







If you like Snickerdoodle cookies, you'll love this Snickerdoodle bread. It's a quick bread sweetened with butter, sprinkled with succulent cinnamon chips and a crunchy cinnamon sugar filling.

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 package Hershey's Cinnamon Chips

Instructions

First, Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon until foamy. Add the eggs and mix well.

Then, Add vanilla and sour cream and mix well.

Mix the flour and yeast in a separate bowl. Add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.

Add the cinnamon chips and stir in the dough. Put aside.

Pour the dough into 4 mini-baking pans until it is almost full.

Mix 3 T. sugar and 3 t. cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle with the dough in each baking tin.

Bake at 350 ° C for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the mold. Happy Cooking Time.
