AIR FRYER TURKEY BREAST
Air Fryer
turkey breast is moist, juicy and perfectly cooked with a beautiful deep golden
brown skin. And as a bonus, he cooked in a fraction of the time he would bake!
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 pound turkey breast on the bone with skin (ribs removed)
Butter RUB:
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 Tbs butter
Instructions
First, Mix
the butter in a small bowl and spread it gently under the turkey breast skin
Then, Rub
1/2 tablespoon oil over the turkey breast. Season both sides with salt and
turkey, then add the remaining half tablespoon of oil to the skin side.
Preheat the
350F fryer and cook the skin side for 20 minutes, turn it over and cook until
the internal temperature reaches 160F with an instant-read thermometer, about
30 to 40 additional minutes , depending on the size of your chest.
Let stand 10
minutes before cutting.
