LAMB KOFTA KEBABS
Do not be
intimidated, this EASY kofta lamb recipe contains only 6 ingredients! Learn how
to make lamb kofta kebab at home in 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp of cumin, ground
- 1 tbsp of fresh ginger, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp of coriander, ground
- 1/4 cup of pistachio, crushed or ground
- 900g of lamb, rinsed
- 1 tbsp of chopped mint, heaping
- 1 1/2 tsp of himalayan pink salt
- *olive oil
- 1 tsp of chilli (ground or flakes)
INSTRUCTIONS
First, Line
a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with oil.
Then, Using
a food processor with an S blade, place the minced lamb in the container and add
all herbs, spices and onion.
Continue
spraying all the contents until the meat decomposes and collects.
Take a
handful of the mixture and begin to mold sausage (or balls) on the skewer. Make
sure you spread the meat well. Refrigerate until cooking time.
Repeat this
step with the other skewers (should do about 10-12).
Carefully
place the skewers on the tray with parchment paper and coat the top of each
skewer.
Grill the
kofta until brown, turning to make sure each side is cooked.
Serve with
your choice of sauce and dipping sauce. Happy Cooking Time.
