Honey Garlic Steak Bites
Tender,
delicious and juicy bites of sirloin steak cooked in a delicious honey and
garlic sauce.This is a dinner recipe that everyone can agree on.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, fat trimmed, diced into cubes just under 1-inch
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (1 Tbsp)
- Green onions or sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
First, Place
the steak pieces in a resealable bag the size of a gallon.
Then, In a
bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey and garlic. Pour on the steak, seal
the bag by squeezing the excess air and rub the marinade on the steak.
Transfer to
the refrigerator and let marinate 1 to 2 hours.
Heat 1 tbsp.
Oil soup in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Remove half
of the steak from the marinade, transfer to a skillet (remote) and allow to
grasp until the brown is golden, about 1 minute, then switch to the opposite
side.
Cook for
about 1 minute longer (the internal safety temperature is 145 degrees).
Transfer to a plate and repeat with the rest of the steak.
Serve hot
garnished with green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
