COFFEE CHIA PUDDING






COFFEE CHIA PUDDING








A chia pudding that tastes like a latte! A great way to consume leftover coffee and a perfect sweet treat!

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 tablespoons Hot Water
  • 50 g Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 teaspoons Maca Powder optional
  • 2 teaspoons Instant Coffee Granules
  • 2 tablespoons Date Sugar or coconut sugar
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk from a can

INSTRUCTIONS

First, In a 500 ml jar, add date sugar, instant coffee, hot water and maca powder. Screw the lid firmly and shake well to mix. If there are pieces of maca powder, you can use a whip to break them.

Then, Add the coconut milk in the pot. Screw on the lid and shake well to mix.

Add the chia seeds. Screw on the lid and shake again for 30 to 60 seconds, until the chia seeds are no longer deposited at the bottom of the pot.

Transfer the jar to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia cells to form a thick gel.

Transfer to your serving glasses and serve with raspberries and chia seeds. Happy Cooking Time.
