BREAKFAST PIZZA RECIPE








Your mornings have just improved. It's the easiest pizza at breakfast! Loaded with crispy bacon bits, eggs and mozzarella cheese. It's breakfast at its best!

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan - grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Shredded Hash Browns - thawed
  • 1 pkg. Crescent Rolls
  • 8 ounces Jimmy Dean Sausage - (regular, hot or maple) (you can use more or less to taste)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese - Mexican Blend or your favorite cheese.

INSTRUCTIONS

First, Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Then, Take the croissant rolls out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before preparation.

Spray a small flat sheet (10x15) with a nonstick spray. (TIP: for a deeper pizza, you can prepare it in a 9x13 pan!)

Brown the sausages in a skillet and drain.

Spread the rolls on the prepared dish.

You will need to press and work the dough a bit to make sure it covers the pan ... pinch the pieces together.

Place the sausage on the crust.

Spread the potatoes over the meat.

Spread the cheese on the potatoes.

Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and parmesan in another bowl.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese.

(FOR LAYING: ROLLERS, MEAT, POTATOES, CHEESE, MIXING EGGS)

Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are cooked. Oven times vary, so check at about halfway through.
