LOW-CARB CRACK CHICKEN CASSEROLE
The low-carb
chicken pan is ceto friendly and low in carbohydrates. But you do not have to
follow a low carbohydrate lifestyle to enjoy it. The whole family will love
this creamy chicken cheese dish.
ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup prepared Ranch dressing
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
instructions:
First, Preheat
oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray an 8 x 8 inch or 11 x 7 inch pan with cooking
spray.
Then. Spread
cooked chicken and bacon in the bottom of the prepared pan. Garnish with grated
cheese.
Whisk
together eggs, heavy cream and ranch vinaigrette. Pour over the chicken
mixture.
Bake
uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Happy Cooking Time.
