Chinese Noodle Soup







Chinese Noodle Soup








A simple and delicious Chinese noodle soup with broth that tastes like what you get in Chinese restaurants. This is a midweek version, so it is made with a soup broth bought in store rather than a broth made by hand.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 4 leaves Bok Choy/pak choi sliced
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium light Soy Sauce
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 3 green onions finely sliced into rounds
  • 4 oz Dried Chinese noodles of your choice

Instructions

First, In a large saucepan, heat chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Then, Add green onions, bok choy or Chinese vegetables, soy sauces, oyster sauce and noodles.

Reduce the heat and cook according to the instructions of the noodle packet (until tender).
