BLUEBERRY DELIGHT
A simple blueberry dessert made with cracker pecan crackers, cheese coating, pie filling and whipped topping. A light, chewy dessert for the crowd!
INGREDIENT
1 individual packet of 9 graham crackers
¼ cup) sugar
½ cup melted butter
1 packet of 8 oz
16 ounces of fresh shaker
1 cup granulated sugar
2 21 oz cans of pie
Optional: chocolate sticks to form curls for filling
Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
First layer:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.In a kitchen appliance , combine the graham crackers and pecans until finely chopped.
3.In a large bowl, combine melted butter, 1/4 cup sugar and cracker mixture until the sugar is totally absorbed.
4.Press the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, laying a good layer on rock bottom .
5.Bake for 8 minutes and let it cool completely before starting the 2nd layer.
2nd layer:
6.In a large bowl, combine the cheese , half cold whisk (8 oz) and granulated sugar . Spread it on the crust.
3rd layer:
7.Spread the pie filling on top of the cheese layer.
4th layer:
8.Spread the remaining fresh whisk over the pie filling.
9.Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
10.Garnish with chocolate curls and chopped pecans before serving.
