Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms
Simple and tasty mushrooms roasted in a balsamic-soy sauce and garlic!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced or chopped
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme (or rosemary)
- 2 pounds (1 kg) of mushrooms
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar, (omit for low carb or KETO)
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
First, preheat the oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C).
Then, lightly grease a large baking sheet / pan with non-stick cooking oil spray.
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove dirt and debris.
In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms with the melted butter, oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, parsley, thyme, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Toss to coat well.
Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking, until tender. Happy Cooking Time.
