Caramel Pecan Brownie Trifles

Caramel Pecan Brownie Trifles

Brownie coated with chocolate, caramel and nuts ... Oh, my God. This chocolate-coated treat is the perfect dessert for any occasion! An easy recipe that comes together in the blink of an eye, it's one for the permanent file.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
  • 1 box Pillsbury Purely Simple Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix plus ingredients listed on box to prepare
  • 10 oz jar caramel sauce divided, preferably salted caramel

Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Line an 8x8 or 9x9 square mold with aluminum foil, leaving the overhang on both sides, and grease the aluminum foil and the mold (this will allow you to lift everything the mold brownie tray).

Then, prepare the brownie mixture according to the directions on the package, then pour the batter into the prepared pan. Pour 1/3 cup of caramel sauce over the dough, then use a thin knife to turn the caramel in the dough.
Bake according to package directions.

While the brownies cook, toast the pecans in a small dry pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until they are fragrant and toasted (watch them carefully so they don't burn). Set aside to cool.

Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer equipped with a whisk, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Happy Cooking Time.
