Nutella Bueno Cupcakes







These decadent chocolate cupcakes are rich, moist and infused with Hazelnut and Nutella spread. What's better than the creamiest Nutella filling with a piece of Bueno Kinder.

Ingredients

For the sponge
  • 3 Eggs large
  • 25 g Cocoa powder
  • 175 g Caster sugar
  • 150 g Self raising flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 175 g Butter

For the buttercream
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 300 g Icing sugar
  • 150 g Butter
  • 200 g Nutella

For the decoration
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • 12 Kinder Bueno Mini Pieces

Instructions

First, Preheat your oven to 180 ° C / 160 ° C / Fan / 350F / Gas Mark 4 and place a muffin tray with cupcake cases

Then, To prepare the sponge cupcake, first mix the butter and powdered sugar

Add the eggs and mix them one by one, then add the cocoa powder, baking powder and the self-baking flour

Spread the mixture between the 12 cupcake cups

Cooking cupcakes for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean

To make Nutella butter cream, mix butter and icing sugar until smooth, then add Nutella and milk. Place it in a piping bag with a star nozzle and apply it on the cupcakes, or spread it with a spoon.

Top with mini Bueno pieces and chocolate chips.
