PEPPERMINT MOCHA BROWNIES
Mocha
peppermint brownies are quick to whip. This will be the perfect dessert recipe

minute.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large eggs, cold
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup (75g) cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
- 3 - 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup (60g) plain/all-purpose flour
- 1 and 1/2 (300g) cups granulated sugar
- 1 and 1/4 (140g) sticks unsalted butter
- 1 full-sized candy cane or 3 small ones, crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
First, Preheat
the oven to 170 ° C / gas. 3. Spray an 8 x 8 inch square baking dish with

the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, instant coffee beans and salt in a
microwavable bowl and microwave every 30 seconds, stirring after each the
