PEPPERMINT MOCHA BROWNIES








Mocha peppermint brownies are quick to whip. This will be the perfect dessert recipe to bring to the holiday season to which you decided to attend at the last minute.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 large eggs, cold
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup (75g) cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 3 - 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 cup (60g) plain/all-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/2 (300g) cups granulated sugar
  • 1 and 1/4 (140g) sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 full-sized candy cane or 3 small ones, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS
