Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
First, Beat
the cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk in a large saucepan before
igniting, making sure there are no lumps.
Then, Bring
the mixture to a boil, whisking constantly until thickened (2-3 minutes), then
turn off the heat and add vanilla and butter, whisking well and cooling before
