Chocolate Pudding






Chocolate Pudding









His cozy confection - a decadent cake wrapped in a silky sauce - provides a delicious excuse to stay on this Valentine's Day. But when you serve it, have your spoon in hand: it will not last long. Serve it in individual dishes or relax.

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

First, Beat the cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk in a large saucepan before igniting, making sure there are no lumps.

Then, Bring the mixture to a boil, whisking constantly until thickened (2-3 minutes), then turn off the heat and add vanilla and butter, whisking well and cooling before serving. Happy Cooking Time.
